Registration – Important Details

Workshop Presentation – Mandatory Review Fee

To ensure the highest scientific quality and professional standards, all Workshop Presentations submitted for the congress will undergo an official review process. Kindly note the following important requirements:

1️⃣ Presentation Review Fee

Payment of the Presentation Review Fee is mandatory for all Workshop Presentations.
This payment must be completed immediately after submitting your presentation file.

2️⃣ Review Process

Once the review fee has been received, your Workshop Presentation will be evaluated by the Emirates Pathology Organizing Committee and the Editorial Board Members.
The review process will not begin without fee confirmation.

3️⃣ Acceptance & Next Steps

If your presentation meets the review criteria (including any required modifications), you will be issued a Workshop Presentation Acceptance Letter.
Only after receiving this letter, you may proceed with the final registration steps for the event.

DTCM Permit – Mandatory Fee

To ensure a seamless travel and entry experience for our international attendees, the following requirement applies:

Mandatory DTCM Permit Fee

All international participants are required to pay the DTCM Permit Fee. This fee supports the processing of the official Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM) permit necessary for conference participation.

Purpose of the DTCM Permit

The DTCM permit is essential for facilitating smooth immigration clearance upon arrival in the UAE, helping you avoid any entry-related complications and ensuring hassle-free access to the conference venue.

Application Processing

You do not need to submit the permit application yourself. Our organizing team will manage the entire DTCM application process on your behalf once the required fee is paid.
