Speaker Guidelines

Arrival: Please arrive at the conference hall at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled session.
Promotion: A conference banner and social media kit will be provided. Speakers are encouraged to share these within their professional and social networks. Kindly share the conference information with your colleagues and encourage them to participate.
Presentation Time: Each speaker is allotted 20 minutes for the presentation, followed by 5 minutes of Q&A.
Slides: Prepare 15–20 slides in 16:9 widescreen format (1920×1080). The conference logo must be included, and presentations should be in English. These criteria will support evaluation for the Best Speaker Award.
Tips: Rehearse your presentation, ensure slides are clear and readable (minimum font size: 24 pt), and allocate sufficient time for an interactive Q&A.
Required Materials: Registered speakers are requested to submit a 250-word biography, organization logo, final presentation title, and abstract.
Review Fee: Please note that the review fee is mandatory for all submissions.
Submission: Presentations should be saved on a portable drive and submitted to the technical desk at least 2 hours before the scheduled session.
