Presentation Review Mandatory Fee (for Workshop Presentations)

1. Presentation Review Fee:
   This fee is mandatory for all Radiology Workshop Presentations. It must be paid immediately after submitting your presentation to initiate the review process.

2. Review Process:
   Your workshop presentation will be evaluated by the RadiologyUCG Scientific Committee and Editorial Board Members, ensuring that the content meets the academic and professional standards of the conference. The review will commence only after the fee payment has been confirmed.

3. Acceptance & Next Steps:
   Once your workshop presentation is successfully reviewed and accepted (after any requested revisions), you will receive an official Workshop Presentation Acceptance Letter. You may then proceed with the registration and scheduling process for your session at the conference.

DTCM Permit – Mandatory Fee (for International Participants)

1. DTCM Permit Fee:
   This fee is mandatory for all international radiologists, researchers, and delegates attending the conference in person. The fee covers administrative costs for processing the Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM) permit, ensuring a smooth entry process for participants traveling to the UAE.

2. Purpose:
   The DTCM permit facilitates seamless immigration clearance and guarantees that your participation in RadiologyUCG 2026 is officially registered under UAE conference and tourism regulations.

3. DTCM Application Process:
