Presentation Review Fee:
This fee is mandatory for all Workshop Presentations. It must be paid immediately after submitting your presentation.
Review Process:
Your Workshop Presentation will be reviewed by the10th Edition World Congress on Radiology, Imaging & Ultrasound Conference Organizing Committee and Editorial Board Members, but the review will begin only after the review fee has been paid.
Acceptance & Next Steps:
Once your abstract/presentation is reviewed and accepted (after any requested edits), you will receive a Workshop Presentation Acceptance Letter. After this, you may proceed with the conference registration process.
DTCM Permit Mandatory Fee:
This is a mandatory fee for all international participants attending the conference. The fee covers DTCM permit processing to ensure a smooth immigration experience when entering the UAE.
Purpose:
The DTCM permit ensures you can enter the UAE without any immigration concerns, allowing seamless participation in the conference.
DTCM Application:
The organizers will handle the entire permit application process on your behalf.
